01 The Job
As the On-Call, Team World Vision Project Administrator, you will manage projects on behalf of division, establishing priorities for complete project life-cycle including the planning, design, testing and implementation of projects designed to meet requirements of business clients. Assist Project Team Leader in overseeing the master project schedule, and tracking project milestones to ensure they are effectively completed through the work of others or by performing the required work activities. Help carry out our Christian organization's mission, vision, and strategies. Personify the ministry of World Vision by witnessing to Christ and ministering to others through life, deed, word and sign.
Responsible for the outcome of projects with varying size and scope that may have designated budgets. Oversee the entire project life cycle including the planning, design and testing and project implementation
Confirm client needs and project goals
Assist Project Team Leader in developing project master schedule, negotiating with external contractors and WVUS staff and leadership regarding resource availability and timelines.
Manage resources required for the success of the project.
Manage project related work efforts of contractors and internal WVUS staff members.
Work collaboratively with team members when assigned to work as part of a team.
Provide reporting on project progress to management and clients, ensuring any changes to schedule, resources and risks are communicated in a timely way.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Keep informed of organizational announcements, activities and changes via regular reading of the WVUS Intranet and other corporate communication tools.

04 You Bring
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (eight years). In addition to education or education equivalent, requires 1-2 years previous work experience managing schedules and coordinating resources and people for large projects. May require specific experience, knowledge, and skills in department/division related work.
Other preferred skills we are looking for:
Proficiency in Excel - Comfortable with basic coding in Excel and pivot tables.
Basic programming/coding.
Experience coding in HTML or demonstrate perpensity to learn web languages.
Experience in Digital Marketing or Content Management Systems (CMS).
05 Salary Range & Benefits
The full range for this position is $ $39.51 hourly. This applies to locations with a market similar to our U.S. HQ in the Greater Seattle area. A different range may apply based on your work location. Typical hiring range is $ $30 hourly. Job offers within the range are based on relevant job qualifications and pay equity.
