Job Title: Analytics Developer- Create reports, data visualizations, and analytical solutions to provide actionable insights to business leaders.
- Utilize the Tableau analytics platform to develop, deploy, and maintain analytical solutions.
- Analyze and resolve user issues related to analytical solutions.
- Redesign manual reports into Tableau self-service framework for easy access by end users.
- 3-5 years of experience in business analytics, particularly in the healthcare industry.
- 1-2 years working with advanced Tableau features and knowledge of data visualization best practices.
- Experience with data modeling, wrangling, and interpretation using tools like Tableau Prep or Python.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with business and technical teams.
- Product management experience is beneficial.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Previous experience with healthcare data and EMR systems like Epic, Clarity, or Caboodle preferred.
- Project management or Scrum Master experience is a plus.
- Desirable certifications in Epic Caboodle and Clarity.
- Masters degree in a STEM field with a focus on Business Analytics.
