Job Title: Analytics Developer
  • Create reports, data visualizations, and analytical solutions to provide actionable insights to business leaders.
  • Utilize the Tableau analytics platform to develop, deploy, and maintain analytical solutions.
  • Analyze and resolve user issues related to analytical solutions.
  • Redesign manual reports into Tableau self-service framework for easy access by end users.
Experience Required
  • 3-5 years of experience in business analytics, particularly in the healthcare industry.
  • 1-2 years working with advanced Tableau features and knowledge of data visualization best practices.
  • Experience with data modeling, wrangling, and interpretation using tools like Tableau Prep or Python.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with business and technical teams.
  • Product management experience is beneficial.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Previous experience with healthcare data and EMR systems like Epic, Clarity, or Caboodle preferred.
  • Project management or Scrum Master experience is a plus.
  • Desirable certifications in Epic Caboodle and Clarity.
Education Requirements
  • Masters degree in a STEM field with a focus on Business Analytics.
