About the Role

As the Content Marketing Manager at Kustomer, you will play a pivotal role in executing Kustomer's content marketing. Content marketing is a cornerstone of our demand generation strategy. You are a subject matter expert in customer experience (CX), our customers, and the industries we target. Additionally, you excel at leveraging social media to amplify our content assets.

As a content writer, you produce high volumes of exceptional, persuasive writing on tight deadlines. The content marketing manager blends exceptional writing skills with AI-enhanced tools (Grammarly, Enterprise ChatGPT) to enhance and accelerate your output. In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders for idea generation and execution. You will produce a variety of compelling stories while providing succinct, evidence-based messaging tailored to varied target audiences.

Your responsibilities also include amplifying content to a broader audience within our total addressable market through partnerships, organic social reach, and paid promotion. This role requires a strategic mindset and the ability to drive engagement and results through innovative content marketing initiatives.

We have a strong preference for talent based in New York Metropolitan Area (New York, New Jersey, Connecticut)

You'll be responsible for:

  • Manage and oversee the creation and distribution of all Kustomer-generated content, including the Juice Newsletter, gated eBooks and guides, blog articles, and videos.
  • Coordinate and support the execution of weekly webinars, ensuring high-quality content and seamless delivery.
  • Expand the reach of our content within our Total Addressable Market (TAM) through partnerships, organic social media efforts, and paid promotions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate subscribers within our TAM, leveraging content to turn subscribers into qualified leads for the business.
  • Work closely with various departments to gather stories, customer metrics, and product usage data, integrating these insights into compelling content.
  • Define, track, and report on key content marketing metrics, continuously optimizing strategies to exceed growth and engagement goals

Your qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in content marketing, with a focus on social media.
  • Proven track record of driving social growth and influence.
  • Outstanding writing, content creation and presentation skills
  • A hands-on approach and ability to deliver in a fast pace environment
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics, newsletter analytics and KPIs.
