Content Marketing Strategist

Blooming Health is seeking a skilled and versatile Content Marketing Manager to drive brand awareness and engage our target audience. As a key member of our team, you will create and execute content strategies that showcase our mission and solutions to diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Content Strategy Development: Define content goals, target personas, and key messaging to support sales and lead generation efforts.
- Content Creation: Produce various content types, including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, case studies, infographics, and videos, while collaborating with designers on contract for engaging content.
- Sales Collaboration: Develop content that supports the sales process and provides sales enablement materials.
- Marketing Strategy: Align content and branding initiatives with broader marketing goals, conduct market research, and identify effective marketing channels.
- Lead Generation: Develop content strategies for lead generation, including gated assets like ebooks and webinars, and optimize content distribution for lead conversion.
- Content Calendar Management: Manage a comprehensive content calendar, including blog posts, social media updates, and press releases.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools and use data-driven insights to refine strategies.
- Industry Expertise: Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate knowledge into content and strategies.
- Branding and Identity: Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all content and marketing materials.
- Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives to communicate our mission and solutions to diverse audiences.
- Press Releases: Develop and distribute press releases for significant milestones and newsworthy events.
- Social Media Strategy: Implement a social media strategy to amplify our presence and create shareable content.
- SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to ensure content discoverability.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in content creation, design, branding, strategy, and sales collaboration, preferably within the aging, government tech, or health tech industry.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software.
- Familiarity with SEO, content management systems, and social media platforms.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
