Position Overview:

As a Legal E-Discovery Specialist, you will perform a crucial role in the e-discovery process for our litigation cases.

You will work closely with our attorneys, paralegals, and clients to identify, collect, process, review, and produce electronic evidence in accordance with legal requirements.

This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of our legal team and the clients we represent.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with your manager, attorneys, and clients to develop effective e-discovery strategies.
  • Identify, collect, and preserve electronically stored information (ESI) relevant to ongoing litigation matters.
  • Implement and manage e-discovery software and tools for data processing and review.
  • Conduct data analysis, document review, and redaction of sensitive information.
  • Ensure that e-discovery processes comply with legal standards and deadlines.
  • Assist in drafting and responding to discovery requests.
  • Maintain accurate records of all e-discovery activities.
  • Stay up to date with the latest e-discovery technologies and best practices.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a paralegal certificate or legal technology certification is a plus.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-discovery within a law firm setting.
  • Proficiency in e-discovery software, e-Discovery tools, and litigation support software.
  • Strong knowledge of electronic evidence rules, data preservation, and collection methods.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
