H&E Equipment Services is currently seeking a Rental Equipment Inspector. In this role, you will be responsible for meticulously inspecting various pump and power generator equipment. Your duties will involve conducting initial inspections, preparing equipment condition reports, assessing damages, carrying out basic maintenance tasks, and testing the safety and operational functions of rental equipment.


Job Qualifications:
  • Required: Valid Driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
  • Proficiency in the operation, maintenance, and basic repair of pump and power generator equipment
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 40 pounds
  • Strong focus on safety for all assigned duties
  • Readiness to assist in loading/unloading equipment from trailers
  • Professional demeanor
  • Capability to work autonomously without direct supervision
  • Background in mechanical or equipment operations is advantageous
  • Willingness to support various shop and yard tasks as needed
  • High school diploma or equivalent
