QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition and/or learning & development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent acquisition and learning & development strategies.
Willingness and ability to be a working member of the team, solving for problems and tackling issues
Strong EQ – understanding that behaviors are just as important as results.
Ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Experience with HR technologies, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and learning management systems (LMS).
