Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Remote

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Financial Officer is a crucial member of our leadership team and effectively and professionally participates in and assists with the company's day-to-day SEC reporting, finance, and accounting. As the Chief Financial Officer, you will operate with high integrity, professionalism, and efficiency.

Experience with public company financial leadershipA genuine interest and experience in consumer-packaged goodsComfortable with an entrepreneurial cultureStrong multi-tasking abilities, well-organized, and excellent attention to detailA positive and flexible attitude and excellent problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication skills (both written and spoken) to all levels of managementAbility to interact with a variety of departments in a positive, professional mannerTen to fifteen years of relevant financial management experience with increasing responsibilitiesBachelor's degree required, MBA preferredExperience taking a business/company through multiple phases of its lifecycle: organic growth, mergers, and acquisitionsUnconditional integrity and commitment to financial accuracyDemonstrated ability to lead and achieve results within a team environmentMust be able to manage ambiguity and work in a fast-paced environmentAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly ExcelAbility to work extended hours as the work may dictateYour responsibilities as the CFO will include: Oversee all accounting and finance operations aspects, ensuring efficiency and performance.Lead team in the timely and accurate completion of SEC filings.Contribute strategically to corporate plans and programs.Evaluate and advise on long-term planning, new initiatives, and regulatory matters.Enhance business processes for better financial transparency and cost savings.Provide accurate financial analysis to support CEO, President, and Board decision-making.Build credibility with stakeholders as a problem-solver and solution provider.Offer technical guidance and coaching to finance and accounting teams.Provide strategic financial guidance on key decisions like acquisitions.Optimize banking relationships and cash management strategies.Develop reliable cash flow projections and reporting mechanisms.Advise on financial aspects of significant contracts.Develop benchmarking tools for performance evaluation.Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and collaboration within finance and operations teams.Best-in-Class Benefits and Perks:
