  • Establish firmwide authentication and authorization for applications to offer their APIs, and use APIs offered by other applications.
  • Develop best practices and patterns to move data securely and safely between systems over APIs.
  • Implement APIs for select applications, and help other developers/teams in implement their APIs.
  • Provide a common API Documentation facility, and document the APIs being developed

Qualifications:

  • 10 years' experience in developing and delivering APIs
  • Experience with developing APIs for Java, Python, and C#/.Net based systems
  • Experience with cloud based deployment of API management solutions
  • Experience with API documentation systems like Swagger
