- Analyze online advertisements for vacation rental properties
- Gain a deep understanding of parcel and assessor data
- Ensure consistent quality of our client's data
- Gain competency in and specialization within the full suite of processes and tools utilized by the team to deliver high quality services and products
- Support Implementation Services, Customer Experience, and Technical teams to troubleshoot issues and problems that customers and/or other team members are having with our systems or product
- Contribute to continuous process improvements within the team
- Documentation - assist with the creation and maintenance of our internal knowledge base
- Perform other assigned duties as needed
- Valid Amazon Mechanical Turk account
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets - can analyze and manipulate large data sets
