Secure your financial future with this exciting temp-to-hire opportunity working for the 5th Largest Custom Rotational Molding Manufacturer in the Midwest

Pay: $18-$19 per hour (Based on experience)

1st Shift Hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday-Friday

Requirements | High school diploma/equivalent, previous experience working with power tools and machine operation, and ability to lift 50 pounds, stand for long periods and be comfortable with working within shop elements (noise, dust, odors, and various temperatures). Steel toes are also required.

Machine Operator Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate work equipment, power tools, and specialized instruments.
  • Communicate effectively with the team and management to adhere to the schedule.
  • Assist in the training of team members.
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment problems.
