Role Overview:

As a Project Respond Program Supervisor II, you'll be an integral part of our interdisciplinary team. You'll oversee the implementation and monitoring of mobile crisis response, risk assessment, and crisis stabilization planning for adults and children in Multnomah County. Operating from a trauma-informed, strength-based perspective, you'll collaborate closely with various stakeholders in the Acute Care Continuum to ensure optimal client treatment in a Trauma Informed Care environment. You'll provide leadership to team members, manage crisis responses, and serve as a backup to those under your supervision, ensuring program activities align with our mission and goals.
