As a Saw Operator, you will be responsible for:

  • Cutting steel stock to required lengths following a production schedule.
  • Operating metal cutting band saws.
  • Operating overhead hoists.
  • Loading and unloading trucks utilizing a forklift.

This position is on 1st shift (7:00am - 3:00pm). Pay is commensurate with experience: $15.00/hr /hr.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
  • Continental is not able to pay relocation expenses for this opportunity.
  • Experience working with steel and aluminum.
  • Measurement skills.
  • Ability to work 8-hour shift.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working with steel and aluminum.
  • Forklift and hoist operation/certification.
  • Previous manufacturing experience.
