As an IT Specialist (Applications Software), you will perform the following duties:


Oversees enterprise wide initiatives and performs advanced programming tasks on an as needed basis, contributing to projects that are critical to mission success.

Leads software development activities for the organization, establishing standards and applying best practices across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Oversees user documentation and technical support by assembling and providing concise and accurate information regarding software functionality.

NOTE:

These duties are described at the Full Performance Level of the ZP-4 pay band, the ZP-3 pay band is developmental leading to such performance.
