Mobile Associates (MA) work as a member of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They're brand ambassadors who build energy and excitement around our products and services. This role is a learning role, where new associates are working with their team and proactively building skills and proficiencies, in preparation for the next level up as a Mobile Expert. As a Mobile Associate, you will be required to successfully complete new employee training.

Establishes relationships with and partners with T-Mobile employees across channels, including business and customer service to:
Collectively own the customer experience and resolve issues, creating a seamless, run-around-free environment. Successfully identify and handoff small business leads. Support team initiatives and create an inclusive environmentAt least 18 years of ageLegally authorized to work in the United StatesHigh School Diploma or GED California Pay : $18.00 The base hourly rate for the Mobile Associate role in this location is $18.00/hour. Within the first 90 days working at T-Mobile, Mobile Associates will receive on-the-job training and the opportunity to earn a total of $1,500 while completing training milestones. Once completed, Mobile Associates will promote to the Mobile Expert role and become eligible for incentives. The annual incentive target for a Mobile Expert is $18,000/year. Actual incentives will vary based on performance. All employees at T-Mobile, are guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives. And since we are ALL owners, EVERY employee at T-Mobile is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
