CONCESSION COOK DESCRIPTIONSummary:
Prepares food in accordance with local and ballpark guidelines and regulations with established policies and procedures. Ensures quality food service is provided at all times.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepares ballpark food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules. Items may include, but not limited to, hot dogs, hamburgers, fried foods, and other ballpark fair.
  • Responsible for cleaning workspace area after each shift.
  • Responsible for assisting manager in daily inventory and stand sheets.
  • Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and neat. Ensures food and supply items are stored per standards.
  • Operates and maintains concessions equipment as instructed.
  • Maintains good working relationships with coworkers, customers, administrators and managers.
  • Performs job safely while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.



CONCESSION BARTENDER JOB DESCRIPTIONSummary:
Serves all beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. They must be personable, professional and able to work in an ever changing fast-paced environment. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.Responsibilities:
  • Prepare assigned bar, inventory the product and serve the guests in a responsible manner.
  • Responsible for the inventory, payment transactions and cleaning of assigned area.
  • Follow management guidelines for the sale of alcohol and ensure State and local laws are followed.
  • Responsible for providing the guest with order in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for accurately accounting for their payment transactions.
  • Must be at least 21 years old. Previous bartender experience preferred.


ALL POSITIONS SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
  • Reports to Concession Manager in proper uniform, for assigned location.
  • Positive, customer service-oriented attitude at all times.
  • Strong knowledge of sanitary practices.
  • Maintains proper grooming and dress code standards
  • Work ethic encourages strong urgency and quality in a team environment.
  • Ability to work with other staff members in the facility
  • Ability to undertake and complete multiple tasks
  • Regular attendance is an essential job function.
  • Attention to detail.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organized and demonstrate high standards of cleanliness.
  • Know how to operate a cash register.
  • Know how to count cash and handle credit transactions.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage.
  • Basic math ability to accurately count and handle money.
  • Able to follow directions and effectively perform the work.
  • Positive attitude and neat appearance.
Other Qualifications:Requires the ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays. Physical Demands:This position requires stooping and lifting up to 50 lbs, substantial standing and walking, and ability to count and accurately handle cash and credit transactions.
