Midtown Oaks Post Acute is a leading skilled nursing facility dedicated to providing high-quality care and rehabilitation services to our residents. Located in the heart of Carmichael, our facility offers a supportive and collaborative work environment where team members are valued and respected.

Position Details:
  • Title: Rehabilitation Technician (CNA Certificate Required)
  • Location: Midtown Oaks Post Acute in Sacramento, CA
  • Starting Pay: $22 per hour
  • Employment Type: Full-time


Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living under the direction of licensed therapists
  • Provide support and encouragement to residents during therapy sessions
  • Assist with transporting residents to and from therapy sessions
  • Maintain a clean and safe therapy environment
  • Document resident progress and report any changes to the therapy team


Qualifications:
  • Valid CNA certificate
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
  • Previous experience in a rehabilitation setting preferred but not required
