Job Description
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- General Ledger Maintenance: Assist in the maintenance of the general ledger by recording journal entries, reconciling accounts, and performing month-end close procedures.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process accounts payable transactions, including vendor invoices and expense reports, and reconcile vendor statements. Assist with accounts receivable functions, including billing, collections, and reconciliations.
- Expense Management: Monitor and review expense reports for accuracy and compliance with company policies. Assist in the preparation of expense budgets and forecasts.
- Audit Support: Assist with the annual financial audit process by providing supporting documentation, answering auditor inquiries, and addressing any audit findings.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including operations, legal, and investment teams, to support business initiatives and address financial-related inquiries.
