Position Summary

Senior Manager, Supply Chain Planning Systems is responsible for developing and implementing supply chain planning systems to improve our planning processes and building reports to support supply planning functions. In addition, the Senior Manager, Supply Chain Planning Systems will be responsible for working with cross functional partners to ensure the successful selection and implementation of key supply chain planning software.

Responsibilities


• Creating supply chain planning tools to improve planning processes, increasing accuracy and efficiency


• Developing, implementing, and maintaining key performance indicators for supply chain planning


• Lead successful selection and implementation of advanced planning and scheduling software


• Build ad hoc reports for supply chain planning functions to help improve planning processes and communications


• Maintain inventory model and create/support any process improvements to the model


• Process lead for establishing best practices with counter parts in supply planning


• Develop Supply planning tools that include rough cut and finite capacity constraining

Requirements:


• 3 to 7 years' experience within Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, or Supply Chain Analytics.


• Experience in selecting and implementing APS tools strongly preferred


• Operations experience in a cosmetics or CPG manufacturing company of relevant size and complexity; >$50 million revenue, high-SKU, national distribution, big box retail customer base, and rapidly changing product line / SKU mix.


• Demonstrated experience creating, implementing, and leading cross-functional business processes from a starting point of limited maturity and sophistication; experience managing cross-functional teams. Nimble and entrepreneurial in nature.


• Extensive knowledge of Supply Chain KPI's and how to bring data together to report them.


• Experience implementing supply planning software for a company with a large SKU mix with complex product lifecycles, including incrementality, cannibalization, and volume recapture.


• Bachelor's degree minimum, advance degree preferred.


• Strong working knowledge of planning process within CPG, fashion, or seasonal products.


• High drive for results and willing to work in a demanding & rapid paced environment.


• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.


• Excellent analytical, follow-up, and attention to detail skills.


• Ability to work autonomously across functions to meet deadlines and drive tasks to completion.


• SAP/IBP implementation experience a plus


• System implementation experience a plus.


• Excellent Excel Skills and knowledge.


• SQL experience preferred.


• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word and PowerPoint).
