Planet Healthcare is looking for a Home Health Physical Therapist in the Columbus, OH area.
Shift: 8 hours per day, Days Shift, 40 hours per week
Locals accepted at the same rate
Additional pay given for milage reimbursement for patient visits during the work week

Job Description & Requirements:

  • Assignment Length: 13 weeks
  • Start Date: ASAP Pending compliance
  • Employment Type: Contract
  • 2+ Years of experience in Physical Therapy - Required
  • 1+ Years of experience in Home Health - Required
  • Active OH State PT license, and BLS - Required
  • OASIS and HCHB experience - Required
