In this role, you will be part of a progressive team dedicated to meeting the needs of our rural community and providing outstanding care to our patients. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for providing physical therapy services to patients/clients who have physical impairments, functional limitations, disabilities, or changes in physical function and health status resulting from injury, disease, or other causes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide physical therapy services to patients/clients with physical impairments, functional limitations, disabilities, or changes in physical function and health status.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient/client.
  • Conduct screenings and health promotion activities to prevent and manage physical impairments and disabilities.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in physical therapy is required.
  • Successful completion of NC Physical Therapy State Board Examination or other state equivalent is required.
  • Licensure as a Physical Therapist within the state of North Carolina is required.
  • Must hold and maintain current BCLS certification.
