You're easy to be around and are able to work independently. You're a self starter, can see what needs to be done and work to get it completed. As you hopefully can tell, we have a good sense of humor and are hoping you do too. Most importantly you have experience, hopefully at least 5 years working with newborns. We are first time parents who are leaning as we go, and we are hoping that you'll be there to help guide us, educate us and help us along this first year as a family of 3
