Role: PeopleSoft FSCM Techno-Functional Consultant

Location: Richmond, Virginia

Summary:

Good knowledge of PeopleTools, and the Upgrade experience to 9.2 will be helpful. Comfortable learning new tools methodologies in PeopleTool's latest versions. Should be good with the following tools:

· PeopleCode

· Application Engine

· XMLP

· Component Interfaces

· AWE

· SQL

The candidate should be able self-motivated and should be able to work independently or in a team and interact directly with client to get requirements, prepare SOW, and deliver the work. Ability to work on Primarily on FSCM and if required be able to work in HCM, as the business demands.

Roles/Responsibilities:

· Understand the Business Processes and functionality specific to client

· Production defect remediation and coordinate with L1 support team

· Has a good knowledge of PeopleSoft Finance module and has experience in implementation – AP, GL, AM, T&E

· Understand Functional Specifications and create/ review of Technical Design Specifications

· Should have experience in driving the meeting/session with business teams

· Coordination with Customer & Cognizant onsite/offshore resources

· Build customizations, interfaces, reports as per design documents and perform peer reviews

· Has good working knowledge of People Tools, AWE, ExceltoCI, People code and Integration broker.

· Develop & Perform Unit Test scripts

· Provide bug fix support during UAT & Warranty Support

Minimum Qualifications:

· PeopleSoft Update Manager

· PeopleSoft Change Management

· PeopleSoft Impact Analyzer

Preferred Qualifications:

· Technical knowledge of PeopleCode, App Engine, XMLP, CI and AWE, nVision

· Functional Knowledge of P2P and O2C Process and Data Flow, Core Tables in the above flow.

· Functional Knowledge of PS AP, GL, AM, T&E

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 05/06/2024.

The annual salary for this position is between $96,300/Year to $131,900/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
