Job Description:

  • Lead the Product Safety Team for oncology products, collaborating with cross-functional colleagues
  • Ensure safety through the product lifecycle by conducting surveillance, risk assessment, and safety monitoring
  • Interpret regulations related to pharmacovigilance and lead safety components of submissions
  • Oversee and lead the strategy for key pharmacovigilance documents and reports
  • Mentor and coach team members, participate in initiatives to grow as a safety leader

Responsibilities:

  • Apply pharmacology and toxicology knowledge to conduct safety surveillance
  • Analyze and interpret safety data, communicate findings effectively
  • Lead strategy for periodic safety reports and implement risk management strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present recommendations in group environments
  • Work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment as a strong team player

Qualifications:

  • MD/DO with internal medicine residency required; PhD or Clinical Pharmacology fellowship preferred
  • Years of experience in Pharmacovigilance and Clinical Development required
  • Oncology experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to analyze clinical data, present recommendations, and lead cross-functional teams
