Job TitleMaternal Health Clinical LeadJob Description

Maternal Health Clinical Lead

You will be the knowledge expert on the clinical application of Philips' integrated maternal health solutions and will drive the design of our clinical maternal health programming.

Philips has a long legacy in maternal health including industry-leading positions in solutions such as remote monitoring, fetal monitoring, ultrasound, digital health, and consumer products. The Maternal Health team is building upon these assets and connecting dots across businesses to create unified and differentiated maternal health solutions – all in service of helping our customers tackle their most complex maternity care challenges.

Your role:

  • In this highly collaborative role, you'll work cross-functionally to define and execute the maternal health clinical solution offering roadmap. This includes designing the overall strategy for participant and clinician engagement, and defining the clinical components and structure for our maternal health programs.
  • You'll be customer-facing from the start, supporting both clinical sales and customer training.
  • You'll keep the team up-to-date on emerging clinical issues. This means engaging with the clinical community and establishing Philips as a thought leader in the maternal health space.
  • If you are passionate about making an impact for pregnant women and patients, we invite you to apply to join our team.

You're the right fit if:

  • You are a RN or Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) with 3+ years of obstetrics or maternal fetal clinical experience.
  • You have an interest in telehealth, remote monitoring and/or home-based pregnancy management. Bonus points for experience developing clinical operating procedures in an industry role such as operations, consulting, or business development, and/or experience working for U.S. payers and health plans.
  • You have excellent organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills including the ability to interact with executive level management and customers.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
  • You have the ability to travel 15% annually.
