Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver quality care to patients with oncology and hematology conditions
  • Safely administer chemotherapy treatments
  • Perform blood product transfusions
  • Manage symptoms effectively
  • Handle VAD care and peripheral IV insertions
  • Attend to patients participating in Phase I clinical trials
RequirementsQualifications:

Education:

  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program (mandatory)
  • BSN qualification is preferred

License/Certification:

  • Must hold a valid California RN License
  • OCN Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider Card is necessary (or obtainable within 30 days from the start date)
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association is mandatory

Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in chemotherapy administration is required
