Connectivity & Networking Product Manager

Embark on an exciting journey as our Connectivity & Networking Product Manager at ATN International supporting the Brava brand, where you'll lead the strategic vision and development of our Connectivity and Networking Product portfolio. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company by bringing to life a suite of cutting-edge connectivity and managed networking solutions. This role entails optimizing the commercial performance of our connectivity services while eventually managing a team of product managers across diverse connectivity accesses and networking technologies within our B2B commercial verticals. Collaborating seamlessly with our sales, marketing, delivery, and support teams, you'll drive our Connectivity & Networking product roadmap, igniting innovation and steering our technological advancement

Responsibilities

  • Lead the entire Connectivity and Networking Product portfolio strategically, emphasizing proactive delivery aligned with Company's objectives
  • Drive vision and development of connectivity and managed networking products, ensuring prompt execution across our business footprint
  • Keeping on top of market data and trends in the connectivity and networking area, including new technologies, vendors, competition and analyst reports
  • Interact with customers to understand their unfulfilled needs as well as degree of satisfaction with existing products
  • Optimize commercial performance of current/new connectivity solutions while managing product portfolio readiness and performance
  • Manage a team of product managers specializing in networking solutions, collaborating across B2B commercial verticals
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, delivery, and support teams, owning mission outcomes for the Connectivity & Networking product roadmap

Skills & Qualifications

  • BS or advanced technical degree with 5+ years of product leadership experience
  • Direct experience in fixed and mobile telecommunications, next-generation software-defined networking and cloud connectivity
  • Strategy and roadmaps
  • Global strategy formulation, socializing, and implementation for long-term product plans
  • Craft go-to-market strategies collaboratively, demonstrating a strategic and creative mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Distill complex product roadmaps into customer-oriented presentations
  • Translate customer-centric focus into product development
  • Understanding user experience and design thinking is advantageous
  • Implement data-driven processes to shape actionable roadmaps
  • Drive product analytics for feature optimization
  • Expertise in operational issues, portfolio, and risk management
  • Proficiency in project management and attention to detail
  • Exceptional stakeholder and team leadership with demonstrated success in leading and mentoring the research, design, and development teams
