The Enrollment or Compliance Representative provides a variety of support to Brokers assisting with all questions they may have.

  • Performs customer service functions by answering broker requests and questions by telephone, email or occasionally in person
  • Performs underwriting tasks for all carriers
  • Review and process paperwork
  • Data entry
  • Maintain high level of accuracy


Requirements

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).


Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards.
  • Must be able to speak, listen and communicate clearly verbally and in writing.
  • Stand or sit - must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the work day.
  • Walk - the person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access office machinery, etc.

Work Environment: Remote work is required as a part of this job. Access to stable internet and appropriate workspace will be required.
