Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive support by creating and revising essential legal documents, drafting correspondence, and maintaining organized electronic and physical records.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring smooth arrangements for in-person, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or teleconference sessions. Handle meetings related to litigation and other departmental needs.
  • Document Management: Efficiently manage and maintain legal documents, databases, and electronic records to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Business Development Assistance: Support business development efforts and contribute to various projects as assigned.
  • System Updates: Assist with the setup of new timekeepers and corresponding matters in our system, update existing records, and handle data entry tasks.
  • Technology Integration: Stay current with new systems and applications to enhance your skill set and adapt to evolving technology needs.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Experience: 2+ years of litigation-based legal assistant experience with a proven track record in managing complex tasks.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft 2010 Suite and Adobe, with a willingness to learn new systems and applications.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Interpersonal Abilities: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
  • Proactive Attitude: A self-motivated, results-driven individual with a can-do approach and a keen interest in contributing to a top-tier litigation team.
