Virtual Help Desk Operator

Amentum is seeking a Bilingual Virtual Help Desk Operator to create work orders and engage maintenance technicians for facilities/production maintenance calls.
  • Typical work schedule is 3rd shift Sat - Wed 10:30-7AM CST; hours may vary based on business demand.
  • Weekend hours may be scheduled to support our 24/7 operation.
Responsibilities:Input facilities requests into a Work Order Management System via phone calls or email; maintain and update records, reports; and perform other administrative duties as assigned.Minimum Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Three years' experience working as a helpdesk or customer service field.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English).
  • Able to work remotely from home (high speed internet, quiet work area, limited distractions)
  • Requires the ability to interact with all clients in a professional and friendly manner despite periods of stress.
Special Requirements:
  • Cope with demands (stressors) that are associated with the job and/or the work environment so that acceptable levels of performance and overall contribution are maintained.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous or current work experience as an Amentum help desk operator
  • Experience dispatching/ logging tickets for trade service technicians.
  • Maximo/SAP experience
