Role: Oracle ODI/OBIEE Lead

Location: Oakland, CA

Technology: OAS, OBIEE, BICC, ODI, OTBI, OBIA, SQL, PL/SQL

Required Qualifications:

· BI Apps or development of Custom Data Warehouse projects.

· All aspects of the software development lifecycle which includes estimating, collect/analyze requirements, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment, and support of Oracle Business Intelligence applications developed for our business partners.

· Experience in working with ODI, OACS, OBIEE.

· Hands on experience in development and customizations for ODI, OAC, OAS, BICS, OTBI, OBIA and OBIEE.

· Knowledge in integrating multiple data sources to load into Enterprise DWH.

· Strong ETL and OBIEE RPD design expertise.

· OAC, OAS, OBIA, OBIEE, ODI Certifications are plus.

· Have very good functional understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM, UCM etc.

· Have experience in responding to RFPs, review documents and participate in Orals.

· Ability to identify risks and communicate mitigation plan with key stakeholders at client.

· Understanding requirement, solution blueprint, performing fit gap analysis, Business process designs.

· Good querying skills on Oracle database with ability to understand and debug PL/SQL procedure.

· Experience as architect for Dimension Modelling and Data Warehouse builds.

· Experience of effective performance tuning.

· Must be well versed and hands-on in troubleshooting various issues and providing workarounds.

· Ability to prepare Status reports and communicate with client.

· Good problem solver and prompt decision maker.

· Able to plan / track tasks / activities / co-ordinate and report on a periodical basis.

· Onsite Offshore Co-ordination on day-to-day basis on deliverables and inter-team interaction on need basis.

· Experience in translating business analyst requirements into analytics metadata.

· Must have extensive hands on/end to end implementation experience using OAC/OBIEE.

· Must have experience in designing customized interactive dashboards and reports in OBIEE using drill down, prompts, filters, and variable.

· Ability to identify risks and communicate mitigation plan with key stakeholders at client.

Required Qualifications:

· Must have domain expertise in Transportation Management Concepts and Air Cargo Transportation.

· Project Management experience of OTM or TMS (or minimum good Supply chain process).

· EBS-Transportation Management.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience with Fusion HCM analytics.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $104,300/Year to $143,300/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
