      Qualifications

      Your resume must demonstrate at least Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized Program Manager experience equivalent to the DA-05 STRL Pay Band or GS-Grade Level (GS-12/13) equivalent in the Federal Service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Examples of qualifying specialized experience include: (1) Applying a wide range of technical and business systems, processes, and practices used to manage air weapon systems acquisition; (2) Reviewing, analyzing, and implementing higher level procurement policies; (3) Managing project/program requirements, objectives and metrics, and resolving conflicts among schedules, funding, and resources for assigned program; (4) Demonstrated working knowledge of contract management, acquisition management and financial management to support assigned air weapons system program needs; (5) Identifying opportunities to incorporate process improvements and best practices utilizing customer feedback, internal and external audits, self-assessment, and lessons learned activities; and (6) Advising management and colleagues on difficult problems by proposing options and alternatives.
