Position Summary:

Employees in this role support Production Supervision, coordinate work assignments, ensure safe work environments, and drive continuous improvement efforts. They play a crucial role in maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards, creating build schedules, and implementing best practices.

Primary Responsibilities/Duties:
  • Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
  • Achieve targets in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Cost, and Productivity
  • Create daily build schedules and standard work instructions
  • Maintain 5S program and drive continuous improvements
  • Conduct training and development for the workforce
  • Foster effective communication and teamwork within teams
  • Other tasks as assigned
System Responsibilities:
  • Investigate item availability/shortages
  • Handle material transactions and maintain work instruction software
  • Manage production databases and visual metric boards
Key Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
  • Build collaborative relationships and operate with high ethical standards
  • Demonstrate solid performance and leadership qualities
  • Ability to learn new software and basic math skills
  • Follow procedures and work effectively in a team
Education/Experience:
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish preferred
  • 5+ years leadership experience in manufacturing
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Legal status to work in the United States
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Perform repetitive tasks and manipulate objects
Core Schedule:
  • Night shift, Sun-Thurs
