Financial Specialist Intern \r
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES \r

The primary responsibilities of this role are to: \r
\tDevelop annual operating budget for the site; \tDevelop annual product cost rollups for product cost standards, accountable for accuracy, timeliness, and error resolution; \tAnalyze cost center spending and value flow (assessments) for consistency with the operational plan; \tDevelop periodic cast estimates; \tAccountable for account reconciliation and communicating significant impacts; \tCollaborate with site leadership and operation teams to ensure drivers of financial impacts are understood; \tCollaborate with project managers to ensure compliance with Capital versus Expense guidelines; \tConduct analysis and explain changes in individual product standards; \tDevelop monthly and quarterly forecasts for; \tCrop Protection sites working with functional leaders; \tAnalyze and communicate actual performance against budget and forecast; \tDevelop analysis and provide written feedback to site controller for variation against budget and against forecast. \r
