Your Responsibilities:Â Â

  • Routinely walks floors including roof checking for problems and lights out and reports back to supervisors.Â
  • Ensures all safety precautions are followed while performing work.Â
  • Maintains working relationship with building staff.ÂÂ
  • Painting of allcommon areasand touch up may berequired. Responsiblefor inspectingareas that need paint andadvisemanager.Â
  • Completes daily work orders as scheduled.Â
  • Maintains assigned equipment in good working condition.Â
  • Properly performs casual labor, such as lifting/moving heavy items as directed by supervisors and followingappropriate safetyprocedures.Â

Skills & Qualifications:Â Â

  • High school diploma or equivalency preferred.ÂÂ
  • (2) yearsgeneral experiencein building trades, repair and replacement maintenance or handy work. ÂÂ
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.ÂÂ
  • Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required. ÂÂ
  • Multiple language fluency is desirable.Â

Physical Requirements:Â Â
