Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Landscaper at our private farm in Vancouver, WA. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to enhance the visual appeal and functionality of our farm property.

As a Farm Landscaper Specialist, you will be responsible for the meticulous care of our overall grounds, outbuildings, orchards, garden, and mowing activities.

We value hardworking, detail-oriented individuals who exhibit a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:
Perform regular mowing of farm lawns and fields using appropriate equipment.

Conduct thorough weeding of designated areas to prevent weed growth and maintain a tidy appearance.

Edge around flower beds, walkways, and other landscape features to create clean lines and define spaces.

Assist in the planting, pruning, and care of various plants, flowers, shrubs, and trees as needed.

Monitor plant health and take necessary actions to address any issues such as pests, diseases, or nutrient deficiencies.

Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

Follow established safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.


Collaborate with farm managers and other team members to plan and execute landscaping projects according to farm needs and priorities.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including storage sheds, tool racks, and equipment storage areas.

Assist with other farm-related tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in groundskeeping or a related field.

Possession of a valid driver's license.

Proficient use of manual and power tools, prioritizing safety.

Ability to follow instructions accurately.

Physical agility and dexterity.

Must be able to read and understand English
