Part of the Client Solutions organization, the Solutions Architect will be the voice of the Product team in both internal and external settings. They will be responsible with providing expertise & guidance to both our retail partners and commercial team to draw the most value from our platform technology. The role will require constant communication & collaboration with our Product, Business, Operations and Marketing teams. Their ability to understand our environment from a business and product point of view will be seen as an important asset when working on our strategic initiatives & partnerships. What You'll Do
  • Participate in top retailer pitches or discussions to be the voice of Product
  • Participate in partnership implementation and drive these projects towards success
  • Work closely with local Client Solutions to best match client needs with our platform feature set
  • Be the voice of the Americas market in internal roadmap discussions
  • Act as a local "evangelization beacon" spread our positioning message and best practices
Who You Are
  • 4+ years of experience in a Media environment
  • Strong communication skills.
  • The success of the Solutions Architect will greatly depend on the ability to learn from global teams and share knowledge with clients & local AMER teams
  • Candidate needs to be autonomous & self-driven, comfortable taking initiative and ownership to grow the business
  • Experience in hybrid roles, commercial accountability is a plus
  • Understanding of the retailer business & challenges is a plus
  • Technical background is a plus

When determining compensation, we carefully consider a wide range of job-related factors, including experience, knowledge, skills, education, and location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The base salary pay range for this position is $128,000 to $176,000 per year. Certain roles at Criteo are eligible for additional rewards, including quarterly or annual bonus and restricted stock units.
