Quality Assurance in the Return Material Authorization Department

In this team you will act as a point of contact for RMAs reporting to the Director of Operations.

Core Responsibilities

Receive and process all product returns and repairsProviding status updates.Review and document product backlog/inventoryDocument and maintain measurables with continuous improvement.Organize on-time shipments of replacement and/or repaired productsUtilize SAP system to manage the processActs as the point person to coordinate between teams including manufacturing, sales team, quality and logistics.Core Skills & CompetenciesGood written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment; understands urgency and deadlinesStrong attention to detail and accountability for managing problems through resolutionEfficiency with SAP.

Knowledge - Skills - Abilities

Strong presentation skills at all levels.Knowledge of cost accounting principles, procedures, and standards.Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.Strong Excel and Access skills.Working knowledge of MRP/ERP system – Visual a plus.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment across many levels of the organization, and on inter-site basis.Educational/Certification Requirement: Bachelor's degree in business/equivalent experience.

Work Experience:

3+ years inventory analyst experience. Cost accounting experience strongly preferred. Manufacturing experience as scheduler or planner a plus.

Physical Demands:

Ability to stand for sustained periods of time.Ability to move arms, hands and fingers.Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.Ability to lift over 25 lbs. with assistance.Ability to sit for sustained periods of time.Ability to Talk on phone and use computer for extended periods of time may be required.
