Requirement Analysis: Analyze business requirements related to customer service processes and identify opportunities for AI integration.

2. Solution Design: Design end-to-end AI solutions leveraging Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities, including Einstein Bots, Einstein Case Classification, and Einstein Next Best Action, Voice Transcription

3. AI Model Development: Develop and train machine learning models using Salesforce Einstein platform

4. Integration: Integrate AI-powered solutions with other in-scope systems and data sources.

5. Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct detailed testing of AI models and configurations to validate accuracy, performance, and reliability, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices.

6. Documentation and Training: Build comprehensive technical documentation, user guides, and training materials to support solution deployment and end-user adoption.

Qualifications:
  • Experience with Service Cloud Einstein AI implementation
  • Experience with Nice-Cxone (Nice In Contact) telephony and integration with Service Cloud for Service Cloud voice transcribe
