Job Description:
What We Are Looking For

Baylor University's online graduate programs and online components of other courses require new video content and other ongoing video support. This position will develop and maintain the technical and operational expertise to support creation of audiovisual content for university courses and select other projects. The Production Manager will supervise work across a range of recording environments and maintain a high level of production value. Role oversees production team, studios, equipment, and client relationships.

A Bachelor's Degree and four years of relevant work experience is required.

All applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

What You Will Do
  • Provide overall management of both studio and field-based video, audio and remote recording projects through pre-production, production and post-production processes, including project management, scheduling, budget, and quality.
  • Work collaboratively with department colleagues and stakeholders in academic and other departments across campus to integrate audiovisual production services with the mission of the University.
  • Supervise, train, and evaluate a creative team.
  • Oversee studio and equipment maintenance and support, including purchasing, configuration, testing, troubleshooting and repair.
  • Partner with library and other personnel to author and provide video production training to faculty, staff and students.
  • Research relevant industry trends and strategically develop services for our communities.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor's mission.
  • Ability to comply with University policies.
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
