A Systematic Macro PM at a Multi-Manager Fund in NYC is looking for a Futures QR/Sub-PM to join their quant build in NYC. The PM comes from 10+ years of successful track-record and is ideally looking for someone experienced in end-to-end strategy development to drive orthogonal PnL within the book. The QR will be have complete autonomy, from ideation to deployment, with a focus on mid-frequency signals (days/weeks horizons).
This opportunity will allow the QR to gain valuable mentorship from the Senior PM while also having a clearly defined path for growth within the fund. The PM is fully open to having someone join in more of a Sub-PM capacity where they will have a PnL split established off the bat.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 4+ years experience working on end-to-end systematic futures strategies (buyside only)
- Exposure to portfolio construction, optimization and risk management
- Clear and concise communications
- Advanced STEM degree (Physics, EECS, Statistics, Operations Research, Mathematics)
- Strong Python skillset
- Previous track-record is a plus, not required
- Desire to work closely to market
