Join Our Team as a Process Safety Engineer
At Lubrizol, we are seeking a Process Safety Engineer to join our team. As a key contributor, you will provide technical expertise to support and enhance our Process Safety Management program. In this role, you will lead various assessments and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
What You'll Do:
- Organize and document Process Hazards Analyses for processes.
- Manage the Change process and review modifications.
- Evaluate pressure safety hazards and recommend solutions.
- Conduct incident investigations and internal audits.
- Collaborate with colleagues on capital projects and risk assessments.
Skills Required:
- B.S. Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience in chemical plant operations.
- Knowledge of process equipment and unit operations.
- Strong understanding of emergency relief devices and design principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Process Safety.
- Experience in conducting MOC and PSSR reviews.
- Knowledge of pressure safety regulations.
- Training in Root Cause Analysis and audits.
