Job Description

The Business Operations Analyst (BOA) provides support for sustainment and acquisition efforts on the MMIII weapon system. You work very closely with our Government customers to advise and assist MMIII sustainment/acquisition leadership across the program. The assistance provided includes baseline management, long-range planning, data information analysis, and reporting. You develop information on budget status, workforce level and spare availability. Working with the customer, you determine requirements and translate them into organizational plans.
Role & Responsibilities:

  • Submit funding requests for new and/or ongoing efforts.
  • Use various Government Data Systems: CAFDEx, CCaRS, ABSS, Impresa, MP&E, and G004L
  • Coordinate with Guidance Financial Managment (FM) to host and provide the Contract Award Review report as part of the Contract Action Request/Financial Execution Review (CAR/FER) meeting held the 2nd Thursday of every month.
  • Create and track Consolidated Asset Management Out-of-Cycle (CAM OOC) funding requests.
  • Manage contractor funding requirements to include Purchase Requests (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests (MIPR)
  • Manage organic funding requirements to include AFMC Form 206 (Temp Work Request) processing in Job Order Production Master System (G004L) and tracking through Authorized/Inducted Monthly reporting.
  • Assist Section Chief with Taskers and Guidance Integrated Product Team (IPT) meeting preparation
#ASFSRequired Education, Experience, & Skills
  • High School Diploma with 3+ years of relevant experience, or BS/BA Degree and 0 years of relevant experience.
  • Microsoft Office 365 proficiency.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Experience with Atlassian Jira.
  • Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) Customer.
  • Experience with Government Data Systems: CAFDEx, CCaRS, ABSS, Impresa, MP&E, and G004L.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $ $74700

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
