Our company is looking for a skilled and driven Internal SAP Technical Solution Architect to join our team. The chosen candidate will play a key role in providing solution and application architecture support for the ERP Transformation program. Responsibilities include collaborating with various teams to develop strategies and technical solutions for the next generation of ERP/SAP. Working closely with business and technical leads, as well as external service providers, the Architect will contribute to building business cases and developing long-term technical plans to support our ERP system. This role requires a deep understanding of infrastructure, architecture, and cyber team collaboration to achieve technical goals. The Architect will partner with stakeholders to implement large-scale initiatives that enhance our foundational platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead SAP application design and implementation efforts
  • Design SAP technical architecture in alignment with business requirements
  • Oversee project deliveries and collaborate with internal and external teams
  • Drive a multi-year SAP ecosystem upgrade and transformation journey
  • Provide expertise on SAP systems development, configuration, and user access
  • Research solutions for complex challenges and contribute to technology roadmap creation
  • Create Global Design and Blueprint deliverables for application teams
  • Collaborate with process teams to define implementation scope and objects

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Technology, Engineering or relevant field
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in the SAP domain

Desired Characteristics:

  • Proficiency in configuring SAP modules such as Logistics, Materials Management, and Sales & Distribution
  • Understanding of SAP module operations and integration
  • Experience with SAP UX design and deployment strategies
  • Ability to design and implement SAP solutions covering functional and technical aspects
  • Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Strong interpersonal skills for negotiation, influence, and leadership
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of Business Continuity practices and ECC/S4 HANA implementations
  • Experience with SAP full lifecycle implementations and rollouts
