About the Role

As a Solutions Architect at OrangePeople, you'll be responsible for leading mission-critical projects and partnering closely with business executives and development teams to deliver groundbreaking applications. Your expertise in digital, mobile technology, and cloud solutions will enable you to drive high-impact initiatives from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the solution architecture and design for key projects, providing delivery estimates and coordinating with architects and designers across solution, infrastructure, and data disciplines.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams, production support, and Shared Services partners to ensure alignment of solution strategies and estimates.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to solve problems, create new business capabilities, and design technology solutions that enable business success.
  • Leverage broad and deep technical knowledge across hardware, software, and platforms to guide and deliver effective solutions.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of relevant IT experience, with at least 5 years in a solution architecture role.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience, guiding cross-functional teams and influencing senior management and stakeholders.
  • Advanced expertise in architecture, application design, system engineering, and integration.
  • Proven experience leading mobile build and deployment activities across multiple platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in modern web technologies, particularly Java, J2EE, and Angular, with experience in collaborating across architectural disciplines.
  • Expertise in software integration patterns such as services, eventing, and SOA (REST and SOAP).
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies through self-study.
  • Experience with AWS cloud, PaaS, SaaS, and IaaS, and working in a DevOps environment.
