Johns Hopkins Community Physicians is looking for a RN Triage to join our Remington Internal Medicine & Pediatrics Practice in Baltimore, MD. At JHCP you will work beside the unequaled talent of Johns Hopkins nurses and staff and enjoy extensive benefits and opportunities for personal and professional growth. The RN provides and coordinates direct care to patients. Employs interviewing, observation, and clinical assessment skills to obtain objective and subjective data about the patient and develop a plan of care. Coordinates and prioritizes care for individuals and populations of patients. Guides and advises other interdisciplinary team members to promote positive outcomes. Collaborates with quality management and case management teams to coordinate patient care.

Location: 2700 Remington Ave., Baltimore, MD 21211

Shift: Non-exempt. - Full-time - 40 hours per week - Mon-Fri -8am-5:00 p.m.

What You'll Need to be Successful:

  • Bachelors' Degree, Associate degree, or Diploma in Nursing from an Accredited School of Nursing.
  • Current Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Maryland or Compact State or eligible to obtain. Current CPR certification is required.
  • Two years medical/surgical nursing experience preferred.
