About the Role:
Oversees the day to day safety & asset protection operations as they relate to the corporate office with general direction from AP management & supervises a team of hourly AP associates. Acts on behalf of management as a departmental liaison by attending meetings, assisting in training & providing an AP presence for company sponsored events. Responds to & oversees incidents / injuries, as well as partner with external agencies to include police & fire officials. Responsible for leading vendor relations that pertain to the Asset Protection department. Assisting the other areas of the Center for Excellence teams when needed.

Supervises a team of Asset Protection Specialist's to provide a safe/secure environment at the corporate office. Sets goals, provides feedback, associate training, & administers coaching/counseling. Maintains schedule to ensure AP coverage during & after hours. Assists with operations at other KnitWell Group locations. Supervises and monitors physical security of the corporate office. Ensures that all facility equipment is properly functioning to include fire, burglar, digital CCTV systems, visitor management, and card access systems. Supervises and acts as a first responder to situations pertaining to unauthorized access, fire, or any emergency situation 24/7. Under the general direction, assists with conducting thorough and timely investigations related to theft and/or loss within the corporate office. Manages projects related to the corporate office.Ensure that facility adheres to physical security & access control [JG1] compliance standards to include: PCI, SOX & state/local fire code regulations.Coordinates enterprise-wide relationships with cross-functional partners and established suppliers or services used by Ascena Asset Protection. Provide misc administrative functions (i.e. burglar alarm permits, case file management, store support services, building physical security support, analytical support, etc.) for AP department as needed.You'll bring to the role:3+ years AP experience4-year degree strongly preferredExperience supervising othersFlexible to work a variety of hours based upon business needs, to include on-call 24/7First Aid, CPR, AED certification preferred (certification will be required during employment)CFI, CPP, LPQ or LPC certification preferredIntermediate Microsoft skills (i.e. Office, Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)Experience in project management and technical experience with CCTV/access control technology & softwareCertification in Interview and Interrogation Techniques preferred (i.e. Wicklander & Zulawski)A strong business relationship with all levels of an organization is a mustStrong written & verbal communication skillsStrong organization and project management skillsMinimal travel requiredBenefits:You will be eligible to receive a merchandise discount at select KnitWell Group brands, subjectto each brand's discount policies.
