As a Paralegal Specialist, you will:
Provide administrative support to the agency ethics program.
Ensure compliance with record keeping requirements.
Support the enforcement databases and prepares enforcement documents.
Prepare pipeline safety enforcement documents for transmittal to the program office or for mailing.
Track case status and prepare comprehensive reports for the Assistant Chief Counsel and Chief Counsel.
Prepare routine case correspondence.
Perform legal research on various topics, including retrieving legislative bills, statutes and case law for attorneys.

Prepare administrative reports, and performing administrative duties including creating and preparing routine correspondence, documents and/or presentations; creating charts, graphs, tables, and briefing materials and slides, and proofreading, verifying, and editing materials for accuracy and clarity.


The ideal candidate is perfect for an experienced Paralegal Specialist with experience in the federal government, a law firm or a corporation with strong organizational, writing and oral communication, research skills and the ability to work independently, as well as a part of a team.

The individual will primarily support the attorneys within the Office of Chief Counsel, and must be able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
