As a modeler on the Customer Support Experience team, you will:

Build the future of conversational support using Large Language Models
Train and deploy NLP models that understand customer inquiries
Scale cutting-edge model techniques to Cash App's huge volume of data

A track record of providing mentorship and technical leadership
An appreciation for the connection between the software you build and the experience it delivers to customers
