Spherion Staffing of Lake and Sumter County has openings for Customer Service Representatives to join a busy Golf Cart Service Department located in The Villages.

These are temp-to-hire positions. The schedule is Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 am. The pay rate is $14.50 per hour.

Responsibilities:
-Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, delivering outstanding service.
-Schedule service appointments accurately, considering technician availability and customer preferences.
-Perform efficient and accurate data entry tasks related to customer information, service records, and appointment details.
-Manage inbound phone calls and emails for the service department, addressing customer concerns and providing necessary information.
-Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless communication and timely resolution of customer issues.
-Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in all customer interactions.
